- Drug and alcohol screening to national standards
- ACC injury history investigation in association with a physical impairment questionnaire
- Numeracy and literacy testing
- Site Safe training

Our recruitment consultants also undertake one-on-one interviews with every potential candidate before they can become part of the Reaction Corporation Labour Hire team.
